Our official resale platform is the only secure alternative for purchasing RC Lens tickets.
The only way to be sure of obtaining a 100% authentic second-market ticket is through our resale platform. It enables all holders (except in exceptional cases where resale is restricted) of one or more tickets (season ticket holders and match ticket holders) to resell their tickets online, securely and efficiently. Although the tool will undergo further development in the future, it already allows you to resell or order your ticket in just a few clicks. Sellers will be free to set their prices, but in keeping with the club's popular approach and desire to avoid excesses, the price range for each match will be based on the primary market price scale.
You are a seller ?
Log in to your personal space, then go to "My tickets" or "My resales." Then click on the event you wish to sell your ticket(s) and follow the instructions. Once the sale is complete, you'll receive an email with the transaction details. The amount due to you will be credited to your bank account within 30 days from the match date.
You are a buyer ?
From the home page, click on the "Buy" button for the match of your choice. On the next page, the number of tickets available is indicated in the top right-hand corner of the red banner. Click on this banner to access the resale offers. Make your choice from the available categories and your budget. Follow the steps one by one. Once your purchase has been made and payment validated, you can access your ticket(s) directly from your personal space in the "My tickets" section.
Some packages available on the official Racing Club de Lens resale site include prices for under-16s. Please check the details of the prices of a lot before adding it to the basket. Ticket purchasers may be asked to provide proof of age when entering the Bollaert-Delelis stadium. No refund or price change will be possible once the purchase has been made.
It should also be noted that a ticket purchased on the official resale site cannot be put on sale again.
Resale fees
The resale service is subject to the following management fees (commissions):
- 12% commission with a minimum of €2.50 incl. VAT for the reseller
- 18% commission for the buyer. These fees are applied in addition to the ticket price, which the reseller sets according to the price list proposed by the club for the match concerned by the resale.
The seller freely sets the selling price of the ticket within the limits of the minimum and maximum prices indicated by Racing Club de Lens. The selling price may differ from the face value at which the club sold the ticket. Nevertheless, it is specified that Racing Club de Lens reserves the right to set a maximum and/or minimum ticket sale price for each match and/or each ticket category.
Illegal resale
Any resale/offer to resell or exchange/offer to exchange for any consideration whatsoever of a season ticket, a ticket, or a right of access is strictly forbidden except on the Resale Platform set up on the RC LENS online Ticketing website. In the event of non-compliance with this prohibition, RC LENS reserves the right, depending on the seriousness of the breach, to suspend or terminate the Subscription, cancel the Ticket, and, where applicable, expel the reseller from the Stadium. The Club reserves the right to cancel and reissue any Tickets or Subscriptions that the Purchaser has obtained illegally without the Club being held liable.
