What are the official channels for buying tickets for a RC Lens game?
The main official sales channel for RC Lens games is the online ticketing website: billetterie.rclens.fr
Specific quotas may also be allocated to our TicketMaster and Francebillet distribution networks for certain matches.
We do not make reservations by e-mail or telephone for individuals.
Caution: other websites offering RC Lens tickets are fraudulent and unofficial. RC Lens declines all responsibility in the event of a ticket purchase on an unofficial channel. Legal action may be taken against sellers and buyers of tickets on these unofficial channels, ranging from a simple fine to a stadium ban of 6 to 18 months.
Is it possible to buy several tickets for a match at Bollaert?
Yes, buying several tickets for an RC Lens match is possible. Certain restrictions may be put in place by RC Lens, such as authorizing a maximum number of seats per user or the possibility of having to indicate a beneficiary for each ticket purchased.
The match I'm interested in is marked "Tickets sold out." Where can I find tickets?
If the match you're interested in is "Sold Out," you can go to our resale platform to find tickets according to availability.
I can't find adjoining seats for the match I'm interested in. What should I do?
By default, the seats offered to you are side-by-side.
If there is insufficient availability in a block or category to offer you seats next to each other, an alert message will appear on an orange background at the top of your screen to let you know that the seats in your basket are not contiguous:
"Your places are not contiguous. No claims will be accepted once your order has been validated. If you would like side-by-side seats, we invite you to delete the seats in your basket and try to take new seats in another category."
If you can't find contiguous seats for the match you're interested in, we advise you to visit our resale platform to see if contiguous seats are available.
I've bought reduced-visibility seats. What does this mean?
Reduced-visibility seats do not guarantee a 100% view of the playing area (barrier, blind spot, post, tarpaulin, etc.). Please note that no exchange or refund will be possible in the event of a dispute.
These seats are marketed in specific categories to inform you of this hindrance to visibility. A discount is offered by default on these spaces.
Most of these seats are located in the upper levels of the Bollaert stadium, most often in the first rows behind the security barriers or next to the TV camera platforms.
A few more visually impaired seats are available in the Delacourt bloc 1.8 stand. These seats are on the side of the stand and have reduced visibility due to one of the giant screens in the Bollaert stadium.
Can I benefit from a priority purchase of RC Lens tickets?
Priority buying rights may be offered to club subscribers during high-demand sales: Ligue 1 Uber Eats gala matches, or Champions League matches, for instance.
These purchasing priorities are not systematic. The club reserves the right to prioritize or not to prioritize purchases for different matches throughout the season.
A sale open to all will automatically be proposed to the general public after the various priority purchases for each match.
How and when will I obtain my tickets?
Generally, tickets purchased from the RC Lens online ticketing service are delivered electronically (e-ticket or m-ticket).
You can download these tickets from the "My tickets" section of the online ticketing service no later than seven daysbefore the match.
You can also retrieve your ticket in mobile format from the RC Lens application by logging into your account in the "My tickets" section. The barcode will be automatically displayed three daysbefore the match.
Can I exchange my order or have it refunded?
As indicated in our general terms and conditions of sale, our tickets cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded, so it's best to find out when the match is taking place and to be careful when choosing your price.
Should you be unable to attend the match, the club offers you the possibility of reselling your tickets on the official RC Lens platform for Ligue 1 Uber Eats and UEFA Champions League matches.
Is a ticket match nominative ?
Except for sales for away games, tickets for matches at Bollaert Stadium are not nominative.
The name indicated on the ticket(s) is, by default, that of the purchaser of the order. It is present for information purposes on all the tickets in the order and enables the club to be more efficient in the event of a dispute.
It is essential, however, to ensure that those benefiting from a reduced price can justify this at the access control. Proof of entitlement may be requested at the stadium entrance.
I would like to change the price of my ticket. How can I do this?
To change the price of a ticket, please send an e-mail to the ticket office with the order numbers of the tickets you wish to cancel or change. A payment link will then be sent to you to pay the difference.
Please note: Price changes are impossible for tickets purchased on the official RC Lens resale platform. A pop-up window will appear when you enter the resale purchase pathway, inviting you to check the prices offered in the packages.

SEASON TICKET
I'm not a season ticket holder and would like to become one. How do I proceed ?
For the 2023/24 season, the season ticket campaign is now completed.
Due to the many requests, a waiting list had been set up, including 20,000 people.
Terms and conditions for next season have not yet been defined. The club will communicate on this matter at the end of the season. We invite you to wait and follow the club's statement on the official website.
In which format can I get my season ticket?
You can choose between a physical subscription card or a dematerialized subscription.
- If you choose the physical format, i.e., the edition of a season ticket, you can also get your season ticket in dematerialized form on your smartphone via the RC Lens application in the "My tickets" section. However, you cannot download or transfer your e-tickets from the "My tickets" section of your personal space on the online ticketing service. However, you will have visibility of your subscription in this section and the possibility of reselling your tickets for each season's matches, up to a limit of 6 games.
- If you opt for a dematerialized subscription, you will need to download a digital ticket for each match in the form of e-tickets (printed on A4 paper) or m-tickets (mobile) from the "My tickets" section of your personal space on the online ticketing service. Note that this format will enable you to quickly transfer your ticket for a given match from your account. You will also find all your tickets in dematerialized form on your smartphone via the RC Lens application in the "My Tickets" section.
In the case of a physical season ticket, your barcode will be identical at every match, including in the application. Therefore, please be careful when lending your season ticket or sending photos. The first person to present themself at the stadium access control with this barcode will be authorized to enter, while subsequent persons will not. The club cannot be held responsible in the event of a dispute.
In the case of a dematerialized subscription, your barcode will be different for each subscription match.
Please note: Screen prints are not authorized for stadium access, as they do not guarantee optimum quality. We recommend you print out your e-ticket, add your m-ticket to your smartphone's electronic wallet "Wallet," or present the ticket in your smartphone's RC Lens application.
I am still waiting to receive my subscription card. Is this normal?
If you have chosen to have your season ticket sent to you by post and have not received it, please contact the ticket office service using the the contact form.
Do I have priority purchasing as a Racing Club de Lens season ticket holder?
As a subscriber, you benefit from a number of advantages, including priority access to the purchase of additional seats for Ligue 1 Uber Eats gala games (LOSC Lille, Paris Saint-Germain, and Olympique de Marseille) and Champions League matches.

I would like to lend my subscription. How can I do that?
Yes, you can lend your season ticket.
- If you choose the physical format, you cannot transfer your e-tickets from your account's "My tickets" section on the online ticketing service. You only have the option to physically lend your card.
- If you opt for a dematerialized subscription, you can quickly transfer your ticket for a given match from your personal space to the person of your choice.
In both cases, you can sell your ticket on our official resale platform in case of absence.
I want to resell one of my tickets. How can I do it?
Once logged in, go to the "My Resales" section of your personal space on the online ticketing website to put the seat of your choice up for sale in just a few clicks.
What should I do if my subscription card has been lost or stolen?
You can now make your request online to make things easier for you.
The cost of a duplicate for loss is €20, payable online by credit card only. In the event of theft, you will not be billed, but you will be required to present additional proof of theft reported at a police station.
You can pick up your new season ticket at the "Invitations" desk in the ticket office at the next match, no earlier than 3h00 before kick-off.
Please note that the duplicate will be given exclusively to the season ticket holder on presentation of his/her original, valid ID. Under no circumstances may it be collected by a third party. No copies of identity papers will be accepted.
The identity document and the sworn statement must be sent to the club using the duplicate form available in the order confirmation.

I lost my season card My season card was stolen
No duplicates of season tickets will be issued on the day of the match.
My subscription payment was declined. How can I rectify the situation ?
If a payment is declined, you will receive an automatic email with a payment link. You can settle it directly through this link or by calling us at 03.21.13.20.01 (Wednesday to Friday, from 10 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 6 pm). You can also come to the ticket office (on Thursdays and Fridays, from 10 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 6 pm).
Please note : If you have two outstanding installments, we will have to temporarily suspend your subscription until you promptly rectify the situation. In the case of repeated non-payments, the club reserves the right to suspend or cancel your subscription.
Can I cancel my subscription during the season?
No, it is not possible to cancel your subscription during the season. When you subscribe to RC Lens, you are committed to a sporting season from July 1 of year N to June 30 of year N+1.

I want to change seats and/or offer. What should I do?
If you'd like to change your seat or offer, you can do so during the following season, subject to availability.
Except in exceptional circumstances (e.g., disability), we do not accept changes during the season.
How can I change the subscriber's name on a season ticket?
Changing a subscriber's identity is considered a subscription transfer.
Transfers can only be made during the re-subscription campaign.
To do so, you'll need to send by e-mail or present a letter of transfer from the season ticket owner at the ticket office, together with the ID of the person transferring the season ticket and that of the person taking it back. Please also present your original season ticket from the current season.

MY ACCOUNT
What is the difference between an e-ticket and an m-ticket?
An e-ticket is an electronic ticket (in .pdf format) to be downloaded from the "My tickets" section of your personal space on the online ticketing service. For optimum use and ease of use at access control, the club strongly recommends printing the ticket on A4 paper in black and white or color.
An m-ticket is a ticket adapted for use on a cell phone (in .pkpass format) and can be added to your smartphone's electronic wallet ("Wallet"). Once integrated into your smartphone, the m-ticket is available even without a 4G/5G network or Wi-Fi connection. The "Wallet" application on your smartphone displays the ticket optimally, with automatic backlighting when the file is opened.
Please note: In both cases, screen prints, which do not guarantee optimum quality, will not be authorized to access the stadium. We recommend you print out your e-ticket, add your m-ticket to your smartphone's e-wallet, or present the ticket in your smartphone's RC Lens application.
How can I download my e-tickets or m-tickets?
E-tickets and m-tickets are available in your customer space once you have logged in to your account on the online ticketing website in the "My tickets" section.
You can only download tickets for Ligue 1 Uber Eats and UEFA Champions League matches seven days before the match date. Tickets for matches against LOSC, FC Nantes, and Stade de Reims can only be downloaded from the Wednesday before the game due to the Champions League match taking place during the week.
In the "My tickets" section of the RC Lens mobile application, barcodes are displayed automatically only three days before the match date.
I need to change my bank details. How can I do this?
To change your bank details, please e-mail the ticketing department via the contact form, specifying your order number or, failing that, the subscriber's first and last name and your new bank details.
You can attach your bank details directly to the contact form.
Bank details entered in the "My payment methods" > "My bank details for resale" section are not taken into account for payment of your subscription.
I need to change my postal address. How can I do this?
Once logged in to your personal space, you can modify your postal address and personal information in the "My profile" section.
I would like to change the e-mail address associated with my account. How can I do this?
If you wish to change the e-mail address attached to your account, you can do so directly from your personal space once logged in in the "My profile" section.
Click on the "Modify my e-mail" button and enter your new e-mail address.
If you need any help with this, you can contact the ticketing department via the contact form, giving us your old and new e-mail addresses.
I can no longer connect to my RC Lens account. What should I do ?
If you can no longer access your account, please go to the "Login" button at the top right of the screen, then click on "Forgot your password?" below the "Login" button.
If you don't receive your reset e-mail, you can contact the ticketing department via the contact form.
Can I have several subscriptions on my RC Lens account?
No, season tickets are nominative.
Each season ticket must be linked to a different RC Lens account via a different e-mail address.
I have stopped receiving club emails. How can I get them back?
If you no longer receive club emails, please check your spam and junk mail folders. If you find RC Lens emails in these inboxes, we invite you to add us as a trusted third party to receive them in your main mailbox.
If you still don't receive the emails, we invite you to log in via le RC Lens Connect and check your preferences to ensure that you will receive our communications.
If the problem persists, please contact the ticketing department via the contact form.
How can I obtain an invoice for my ticket purchase?
Invoices relating to ticket purchases are available in your personal space in the "My Orders" tab.
These invoices are only valid for purchases made on the primary market. They are, therefore, not valid for purchases made on the secondary market, i.e., on the official RC Lens resale platform.

RC LENS MOBILE APP
I bought a ticket on the RC Lens website. When will it appear in the "My tickets" tab on the RC Lens mobile application?
The mobile application only displays tickets for the nearest event. Season ticket holders can also find their season tickets in digital format.Tickets are available in the "My tickets" section of the mobile application. The barcode will be displayed automatically three days before the match date.
Your match ticket also includes a QR Code for free access to the TADAO public transport network shuttles.
I can't find my tickets in the RC Lens mobile application.
Tickets are only available in the run-up to an event.
If you can't find your season ticket or your tickets for a match, it could be because you're not connected to the account linked to your order. We invite you to check the e-mail address used for your transaction.
You can also check your mailbox to see which e-mail address was used on your order confirmation.
When will the barcode allowing me to enter the stadium be available?
The barcode will be displayed automatically three days before the match date.
How do I buy tickets from the application?
Once the application is open, click on the "Ticketing" tab to be redirected to the online ticketing website. You will then find the events available for sale.

I want to resell my tickets. How can I do it?
Reselling your tickets couldn't be easier:
1 - Log in to your personal space using your login and password.
2 - Click on the "My Resales" tab.
3 - Choose the match and the ticket(s) concerned, then click on "Resell".
4 - Enter your bank details and click on "Validate my lot."
Tickets will then be offered on the official resale platform from the date it opens until the stadium gates open, i.e., 3 hours before kick-off.
Good to know: You can only sell one match and category at a time, up to a maximum of 6 tickets. You will need to create another ticket lot to sell another game or a different category.
Putting your tickets up for sale on the official resale platform does not 100% guarantee that your tickets will find a buyer. You will be automatically informed by email as soon as your tickets are sold.How can I buy tickets ?
It's easy to buy tickets for resale:
1 - Go to the ticketing home page
2 - A "Resale" button appears on each event when resale is activated. If the button is grayed out, no tickets are available for purchase. If the button is yellow, one or more lots are available.
3 - Choose the lot(s) concerned, then click on "Add to my basket."
4 - Then let us guide you through the process, and make your payment at the end of the order.
Good to know: Tickets purchased on the resale platform cannot be offered for sale again.When and how do I receive my tickets purchased on the official resale platform?
From your personal space, you can download your tickets in the "My tickets" section, either as e-tickets (printable tickets) or m-tickets (for use on cell phones).
Your tickets will not be available in your order confirmation e-mail.
Is it possible to resell tickets purchased on the official resale platform?
No, tickets purchased on the resale platform cannot be offered for sale again. These tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable. A pop-up window will appear when you click the "Resale" button to inform you of this.
Is it possible to change the price of a ticket purchased on resale?
No, it is clearly stated before your purchase that it is not possible to change the price of a ticket purchased on resale. No refund will be possible in the event of a dispute.
When will I receive the payment for my sale?
Once your tickets have been sold, the refund will be paid within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the match. The payment will be made to the bank details provided when your tickets went on sale.
I have changed my mind and no longer wish to resell my tickets. What should I do?
You can cancel the sale of your tickets from your personal space as soon as they have not been purchased.
Good to know: You won't be able to do this if your tickets are being purchased. This information is available in your personal space ("My resales" section).
I put my ticket up for sale but it wasn't purchased within the time limit (3 hours before the match). What happens?
If your tickets are not purchased on the official resale platform, they will remain in your possession and are valid for the match(es) concerned. No claim for refund or compensation can be made.
Is it safe to purchase tickets for the upcoming games from an unofficial resale website?
RC Lens has an official resale platform, the only one to guarantee authentic and valid tickets. It is available on the online ticketing service.
A "Resale" button appears whenever a match is available for resale. If the button is grayed out, no items are currently available. If the button is yellow, one or more lots are available.
The selling price of the ticket is freely set by the seller, within the limits of the minimum and maximum prices indicated by Racing Club de Lens. The sale price may differ from the face value at which the club sold the ticket. Nevertheless, it is specified that Racing Club de Lens reserves the right to set a maximum and/or minimum ticket sale price for each match and/or each ticket category.
Caution: We recommend that you be highly vigilant about any advertisements circulating on unofficial networks. Some tickets are entirely falsified (altered information, wrong barcodes, etc.), and some sellers have no scruples and sell the same ticket several times.
Other websites offering RC Lens tickets are fraudulent and unofficial. RC Lens declines all responsibility in the event of a ticket purchase on an unofficial channel. RC Lens cannot be held responsible for any scam.
Legal action may be taken against sellers and buyers of tickets on these unofficial channels, ranging from a simple fine to a stadium ban of 6 to 18 months.

ACCESSIBILITY TICKETS
I am a person with disability access requirements and I want to attend an RC Lens match. How can I do ?
Tickets for people with disabilities are currently on sale on our dedicated page.
Anyone with proof of disability can reserve an accessibility ticket when sales open, with or without an accompanying person, subject to availability.
Is it possible to have more than one companion for a disabled person?
No, adding several accompanying persons at the discounted price is not possible. There is a limit of one accompanying person ticket per disabled person, provided that the disability card indicates a "need for assistance" or that the person with disabilities is a minor.
It is, however, possible to take additional seats at full price for other companions.What are the supporting documents required to apply for accesibility tickets ?
To be eligible for this offer, you must hold an 80% disability card. You must also send us a letter from the MDPH specifying your level of disability.
You benefit from reduced prices on tickets and/or season tickets, with a discount of between 25% and 50% off the full price.

How can I buy tickets for an RC Lens away game?
To support Racing away from home, we recommend you contact our official supporters' associations, who have priority at the ticket office. They communicate regularly about travel arrangements on their social networks.
Sales to the general public will be made directly on the ticketing website, depending on the remaining availability and the size of the visitors' area.

I'm a supporter of the opposing club. How can I buy tickets in the visitors' area at the Bollaert-Delelis stadium?
You need to contact the opposing club to find out about their ticketing arrangements. Some clubs sell tickets online. If the opposing club does not organize any fan travel, RC Lens, in agreement with the club, will open a ticket office desk inside the visitors' area on the day of the match, where the tickets will be sold.
For your information, the ticket price is 10 euros, and the authorized payment methods are cash or credit card.This information is subject to prefectural decisions, which may suspend, restrict, or prohibit fan movements.
I have a voucher purchased on the club ticketing website that I support. Does it serve as an admission ticket?
A voucher is not a ticket and cannot be used to access the visitors' area. It must be presented and handed in at the ticket office (generally inside the visitors' area) in exchange for a ticket allowing access to the area.

I am responsible for a CSE, a group, or an association, and I would like to obtain subscriptions for my employees/members. How can I do that?
The subscription campaign for the 2023/24 season is closed. Generally, our campaigns take place during the summer period, and priority is given to subscription renewals.

We recommend sending an initial email for early contact well before the end of the sports season. Depending on availability, a dedicated contact person will get back to you to provide you with our offers and rates.
In which stand(s) can I obtain season tickets?
With nearly 29,000 subscribers this season, availability is very limited. We prioritize specific stadium areas where we have grouped availability, such as Level 2 of the Trannin Stand, Level 4 of the Lepagnot Stand, or the Xercès Central stand.
Are there any special rates?
We can offer a pricing discount based on a defined volume, which can be applied in certain zones (refer to the previous question). Overall, the rates we offer are largely similar to those for the general public.
I am the head of a CSE and would like to purchase tickets for a home match of RC Lens. How can I proceed?
We encourage you to make your request well in advance through our commercial department on the Bollaert Business Team website. A dedicated contact person will get back to you. Of course, our high-profile matches such as Paris, Lille, and Marseille are the ones with the highest demand, which is why we recommend targeting multiple matches and communicating them in your request."

What is the "Aux noms de Bollaert" operation ?
The "Aux noms de Bollaert" operation is an initiative spearheaded by RC Lens. Its aim is to provide RC Lens supporters with the opportunity to link their names to the history of the Bollaert-Delelis stadium, thus manifesting their loyalty to the club and its heritage. That's why, on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the Bollaert-Delelis stadium in March 2023, RC Lens allowed its supporters to have a nameplate (referred to as an "imprint") engraved on one of the stadium's facades, a choice of their own, and to personalize it by adding a first name, last name, a possible date, and a personalized message.
This project is currently no longer available or marketed, as the offering was limited to 90 days, concluding on the 90th anniversary of the Bollaert-Delelis stadium. Internal discussions are ongoing to explore the possibility of new marketing efforts at specific dates, enabling Racing lovers to be part of this project, which brought together several thousand participants.
What is the official sales channel to purchase an imprint?
The online ticketing website of Racing Club Lens is the only official sales channel. Any other website offering RC Lens imprints is fraudulent and unofficial (RC Lens disclaims any responsibility in the case of purchasing an imprint through an unofficial channel).
How can I place my imprint on one of the facades of the Bollaert-Delelis stadium?
To place your imprint on one of the facades of Bollaert-Delelis, log in to your personal account, then on the homepage, select the relevant product "Aux Noms de Bollaert." Next, choose your stand (this is where your plaque will be displayed) and then select your commitment duration. You can purchase a total of 6 imprints per order for your family and/or loved ones. Before proceeding to payment, make sure to provide the beneficiaries of the plaques. You have the choice between a one-time payment or a 4-month installment payment through SEPA direct debit.
Once the payment is confirmed, and you receive the order confirmation email (with the subject "Finalize the marking of your imprint"), all that remains is to click on the link leading to the customization form of your imprint(s). Then, you just need to personalize the marking of each imprint by adding your first name, last name, and describing, for each plaque, a memorable memory related to Racing and/or Bollaert-Delelis. As the Sang et Or arena is a place of joyful fervor, any offensive language is prohibited and will result in the suspension of your order.Is it possible to choose the stand on which my imprint will be affixed?
Yes, aware of the deep attachment of its supporters to their stand and their seat, RC Lens provides you with the opportunity to select the stand on which you wish to have your imprint placed during the purchasing process.

What is the cost of an imprint?
Two pricing options are available based on the chosen commitment duration:
- €90 for a 10-year commitment until June 2033 (equivalent to €22.50 per monthly installment).
- €190.60 for a lifetime commitment (equivalent to €47.65 per monthly installment).
When selecting the payment plan, in the case of installment payments (in 4 parts), a handling fee of €4 will be charged.
Can I pay for my imprint in installments?
Yes, you have the option of either a one-time payment or an installment plan over 4 months, by SEPA direct debit, regardless of the duration of your commitment. The payment schedule and all the details related to the debits will be provided to you prior to the payment confirmation by you. Please note that a handling fee of €4 will be added to the total amount of your order if you choose the 4-part direct debit payment method.
In the case of installment payments, the payment will be confirmed and debited as follows:
For customers confirming their purchase between March 21, 2023, and April 30, 2023:
- First installment: May 5, 2023;
- Second installment: June 5, 2023;
- Third installment: July 5, 2023;

How can I personalize my imprint(s) with a personal message?
Each imprint should be personalized with, in addition to your first name and last name, a memorable memory related to Racing and/or Bollaert-Delelis. To finalize and personalize your imprint, click on the link in the email titled "Finalize the marking of your imprint." This link will lead you to a form. Please make sure to fill out one form per order number and consider the character limit for each field. As the Sang et Or arena is a place of joyful fervor, any offensive language is prohibited and will result in the suspension of your order.
I did not fill out the customization form for my imprint. Does it matter?
Yes, it is crucial to pay special attention to filling out the customization form for your imprint; otherwise, we will not be able to produce it. The form can be found in the email received after the order payment, with the subject "Finalize the marking of your imprint." Please make sure to fill out one form per order number and consider the character limit for each field.
Will I receive a certificate of authenticity following my order?
A certificate of authenticity is attached to one of the emails received after the order payment, with the subject "Your certificates of authenticity." The certificate is also downloadable from your account on the online ticketing platform. This certificate of authenticity is a guarantee, to be proudly displayed at home, that your imprint will be affixed to one of the facades of the Bollaert-Delelis stadium.
Why is "e-ticket" displayed as the delivery method during the payment step?
Even though no physical ticket is required for the placement of your imprint, which will be handled by the club, "e-ticket" is specified because it corresponds to the certificate of authenticity that is attached to one of the emails received after the payment of the order, with the subject "Your certificates of authenticity" (the certificate of authenticity is also available in your account on the online ticketing platform).
After June 18, 2023, when will it be possible to purchase an imprint again?
After June 18, 2023, you will likely have to wait at least 10 years and until the 100th anniversary of the Bollaert-Delelis stadium before you can obtain an imprint.
When will my imprint be affixed to one of the facades of the Bollaert-Delelis stadium?
After an online customization period, followed by production and installation, starting from the beginning of the 2023/2024 season, your name will be displayed on the facade of our legendary arena.
I have ordered multiple imprints. Will they be placed adjacent?
RC Lens will try its best to have imprints contained under the same order number placed adjacent to each other. However, please note that the chronological criterion (date and time of the order) will be the determining factor for the placement order. Please be aware that each plaque will be numbered (a number to be found in the certificate of authenticity), allowing you to easily locate your plaque on the facade of the chosen stand.
What will happen to my imprint once the 10-year concession is over?
In 10 years, you will have the option to renew the concession for an additional 10 years, following the terms that will be communicated to you by RC Lens. If you do not renew your commitment, you can reclaim your imprint to proudly display it at your home.
Who can acquire an imprint?
Only individual persons have the opportunity to acquire an imprint.
Can I resell my imprint?
No, reselling your imprint is not possible, regardless of the duration of the chosen commitment.
What are the dimensions of an imprint?
The dimensions of an imprint are 8 cm in height and 22 cm in length.
How will I be able to find my imprint once it is affixed to one of the facades of the Bollaert-Delelis stadium?
You can identify your imprint using the "IMPRINT NO." provided in the certificate of authenticity. This number is preceded by the first letter of the relevant stand (for example, "MX" for Marek/Xercès). The plaques will be arranged in the order of the orders, following the first imprint (Félix Bollaert) and the second one (André Delelis) so that each one can be read. True to its values, plaque number 12 will not be available and will be the subject of a message from the club to its 12th man. For example, if you are the 20th person to purchase an imprint in the Trannin stand, the number of your imprint will be "T23," and it will be placed in the 23rd position.

If this project primarily stemmed from a desire to allow both current and past supporters, who form the club's foundations, to express their dedication to the club by being represented on the stadium's facades, this initiative aligns with a broader approach regarding Bollaert-Delelis, aiming to transform the stadium into a true living space. I bought a ticket for an RC Lens home match. It's my first time at the Bollaert-Delelis stadium. Can I have a preview of the view from my seat on the online ticketing website?
If you have a match ticket, you can use a 3D modeling tool to preview the view from your seat using the « Where is my seat » feature. This free tool can be used without restriction.
You will be asked for information from your match ticket, such as access, row, and seat number, to get the most realistic view possible from your seat. Please note that the view displayed is an approximate view of your seat and that this tool is not contractually binding. Each view is representative of a square of 9 by 9 seats, i.e., a block of 81 seats.
How do I get to the Bollaert-Delelis stadium?
The Bollaert-Delelis stadium is located in the city center. There are no free parking spaces, so we advise you to use public transport.
Our parking lots are reserved for our sponsors, partners, event organizers and employees. They are not sold to the general public due to insufficient quantities. For more information on the different means of transport to use to get to the Bollaert-Delelis stadium, please consult the « Access to the stadium» page.
What time do the gates to the Bollaert-Delelis stadium open?
As of this season, the stadium forecourt opens 3 hours before kick-off, allowing fans to anticipate their arrival at the stadium while enjoying ambient catering facilities. The stadium gates (access control) open from 1h30 before kick-off. Please take note of the various announcements made by the club the week before the match for which you have tickets to keep abreast of any changes to stadium opening times.
Are there catering services in the venue?
The Bollaert-Delelis stadium has many sales outlets on the forecourt and in the stands (passageways) where you can eat and drink fresh, hot, and cold products. Our catering outlets accept payment by credit card or cash.
Can I bring my own food to the stadium ?
You can bring your own food (e.g., sandwiches, sweets, potato chips, cakes) to the stadium. However, you may not bring plastic containers, such as bottles, wrappers, etc., into the stadium.
Is there a bag deposit service in the stadium ?
Yes, at the foot of each stand and close to the access controls. When you arrive at the stadium, two pre-filtering systems are set up to allow you to access your stand. The first one is a visual check of your ticket. The second, at the turnstiles at the bottom of the stands, involves a pat-down as well as a scan of your access pass. At this point, you can deposit your belongings in our storage facilities, which will be returned to you at the end of the match when you leave.
Can I charge my phone at the stadium ?
We do not have phone charging stations. You cannot enter with a portable battery inside the venue. Please make sure to charge your phone before coming!
What items are prohibited at the stadium ?
For security reasons, certains items are prohibited in the stadium. Here is a non-exhaustive list :
- Weapons of any kind or intended use, knives, scissors, blunt objects
- Lasers, tools, glass objects, helmets, rigid poles, bars
- Rigid umbrellas, metal cans, glass or plastics bottles and glasses

Is it possible to visit the Bollaert-Delelis stadium ?
It is possible to visit the Bollaert-Delelis stadium on non-match days. Please contact the Lens-Liévin Tourist Office at 03.21.67.66.66 for more information or consult the dedicated page.
Is it possible to access the Emotion Foot store on match days ?
Our Emotion Foot store is open on match days, with varying hours depending on the match schedule. To find out the opening hours of our store, visit www.rclens.fr.
When are the dates and times of matches finalized ?
The professional Football League (LFP) releases a preliminary schedule at the beginning of the season, as the dates and times are not contractual. La programmation définitive est communiquée par la LFP entre 2 et 4 semaines avant chaque rencontre en fonction du choix des diffuseurs.
As a reminder, purchasing a ticket is a commitment to an event, not a date. Tickets cannot be taken back or exchanged. No cancellation or refund will be possible in the event of a change to the calendar by the LFP.
Purchased tickets remain valid in the event of a change to the date and time of a match.
As for the UEFA Champions League matches, dates and times are final and will not be altered, except in cases of force majeure.
What happens if the match for which I have purchased a ticket is postponed ?
If the match your ticket grants access to is permanently stopped during play and rescheduled, the ticket provides access to the reschedules game.
As stated in our general terms and conditions, upon the announcement of a postponement, the buyer agrees that the RC Lens may use the contact details provided during the order to keep them informed of the next steps.
It is already specified that in the event of a match being postponed, the ticket grants access to the rescheduled game. However, suppose the match is postponed to a new date more than 7 days after the original date. In that case, the purchaser (non-subscriber) has the option not to attend the rescheduled match and request a refund of the face value of the ticket price paid, excluding handling fees and shipping costs, no later than 7 days after the first announcement on the RC Lens website of the postponement of the relevant match.
Does my child need a match ticket ?
Regardless of age, all individuals must have a ticket to enter the stadium.
We usually offer reduced rates for under-16s, i.e., people who will be at most 15 on the event day.
You will be asked to show proof of identity when entering the stadium. No additional fees will be charged on the day of the match to convert the ticket into a full-fare ticket.
What are the ticket office opening hours ?
The ticket office counters are open on Thursdays and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. They also open 3hours before kickoff on matchdays.

How can I find out when matches go on sale ?
A "Match alerts" section is available on the home page of the online ticketing website, enabling you to sign up quickly for alerts concerning the sale of the match(es) of your choice, whether home or away.
By simply entering an e-mail, the club will send you the information no later than the day before the on-sale date.
The match I am interested in is marked as "no available tickets" or"Sold Out". Where can I find tickets ?
If the match you're interested in is marked as 'no available tickets,' it means that an initial sale has occurred, and additional tickets may be released the week of the match.
If the match you're interested in is 'Sold Out,' you can head to our resale platform to find tickets based on availability.
I have lost an item in the stadium. How can I contact the lost and found service ?
To contact the lost and found service, please send an email to the ticket office service via le formulaire de contact.
You will receive an answer no earlier than 48hours after the match to allow the cleaning teams to perform an initial sweep of the stands.
