I'm not a season ticket holder and would like to become one. How do I proceed ?

For the 2023/24 season, the season ticket campaign is now completed.

Due to the many requests, a waiting list had been set up, including 20,000 people. 

Terms and conditions for next season have not yet been defined. The club will communicate on this matter at the end of the season. We invite you to wait and follow the club's statement on the official website.

In which format can I get my season ticket?

You can choose between a physical subscription card or a dematerialized subscription.

- If you choose the physical format, i.e., the edition of a season ticket, you can also get your season ticket in dematerialized form on your smartphone via the RC Lens application in the "My tickets" section. However, you cannot download or transfer your e-tickets from the "My tickets" section of your personal space on the online ticketing service. However, you will have visibility of your subscription in this section and the possibility of reselling your tickets for each season's matches, up to a limit of 6 games.

- If you opt for a dematerialized subscription, you will need to download a digital ticket for each match in the form of e-tickets (printed on A4 paper) or m-tickets (mobile) from the "My tickets" section of your personal space on the online ticketing service. Note that this format will enable you to quickly transfer your ticket for a given match from your account. You will also find all your tickets in dematerialized form on your smartphone via the RC Lens application in the "My Tickets" section.

In the case of a physical season ticket, your barcode will be identical at every match, including in the application. Therefore, please be careful when lending your season ticket or sending photos. The first person to present themself at the stadium access control with this barcode will be authorized to enter, while subsequent persons will not. The club cannot be held responsible in the event of a dispute. 

In the case of a dematerialized subscription, your barcode will be different for each subscription match.

Please note: Screen prints are not authorized for stadium access, as they do not guarantee optimum quality. We recommend you print out your e-ticket, add your m-ticket to your smartphone's electronic wallet "Wallet," or present the ticket in your smartphone's RC Lens application.

I am still waiting to receive my subscription card. Is this normal?

If you have chosen to have your season ticket sent to you by post and have not received it, please contact the ticket office service using the the contact form.

Do I have priority purchasing as a Racing Club de Lens season ticket holder?

As a subscriber, you benefit from a number of advantages, including priority access to the purchase of additional seats for Ligue 1 Uber Eats gala games (LOSC Lille, Paris Saint-Germain, and Olympique de Marseille) and Champions League matches.

I would like to lend my subscription. How can I do that?

Yes, you can lend your season ticket.

- If you choose the physical format, you cannot transfer your e-tickets from your account's "My tickets" section on the online ticketing service. You only have the option to physically lend your card. 

- If you opt for a dematerialized subscription, you can quickly transfer your ticket for a given match from your personal space to the person of your choice. 

In both cases, you can sell your ticket on our official resale platform in case of absence. 

I want to resell one of my tickets. How can I do it?

Once logged in, go to the "My Resales" section of your personal space on the online ticketing website to put the seat of your choice up for sale in just a few clicks.

What should I do if my subscription card has been lost or stolen?

You can now make your request online to make things easier for you.

The cost of a duplicate for loss is €20, payable online by credit card only. In the event of theft, you will not be billed, but you will be required to present additional proof of theft reported at a police station.

You can pick up your new season ticket at the "Invitations" desk in the ticket office at the next match, no earlier than 3h00 before kick-off.

Please note that the duplicate will be given exclusively to the season ticket holder on presentation of his/her original, valid ID. Under no circumstances may it be collected by a third party. No copies of identity papers will be accepted.

The identity document and the sworn statement must be sent to the club using the duplicate form available in the order confirmation.

No duplicates of season tickets will be issued on the day of the match.

My subscription payment was declined. How can I rectify the situation ?

If a payment is declined, you will receive an automatic email with a payment link. You can settle it directly through this link or by calling us at 03.21.13.20.01 (Wednesday to Friday, from 10 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 6 pm). You can also come to the ticket office (on Thursdays and Fridays, from 10 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 6 pm).

Please note : If you have two outstanding installments, we will have to temporarily suspend your subscription until you promptly rectify the situation. In the case of repeated non-payments, the club reserves the right to suspend or cancel your subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription during the season?

No, it is not possible to cancel your subscription during the season. When you subscribe to RC Lens, you are committed to a sporting season from July 1 of year N to June 30 of year N+1.

I want to change seats and/or offer. What should I do?

If you'd like to change your seat or offer, you can do so during the following season, subject to availability.

Except in exceptional circumstances (e.g., disability), we do not accept changes during the season.

How can I change the subscriber's name on a season ticket?

Changing a subscriber's identity is considered a subscription transfer.

Transfers can only be made during the re-subscription campaign.

To do so, you'll need to send by e-mail or present a letter of transfer from the season ticket owner at the ticket office, together with the ID of the person transferring the season ticket and that of the person taking it back. Please also present your original season ticket from the current season.
