Is it possible to visit the Bollaert-Delelis stadium ?

Is it possible to access the Emotion Foot store on match days ?

Our Emotion Foot store is open on match days, with varying hours depending on the match schedule. To find out the opening hours of our store, visit www.rclens.fr.

When are the dates and times of matches finalized ?

The professional Football League (LFP) releases a preliminary schedule at the beginning of the season, as the dates and times are not contractual. La programmation définitive est communiquée par la LFP entre 2 et 4 semaines avant chaque rencontre en fonction du choix des diffuseurs.  

As a reminder, purchasing a ticket is a commitment to an event, not a date. Tickets cannot be taken back or exchanged. No cancellation or refund will be possible in the event of a change to the calendar by the LFP.

Purchased tickets remain valid in the event of a change to the date and time of a match.

As for the UEFA Champions League matches, dates and times are final and will not be altered, except in cases of force majeure.

What happens if the match for which I have purchased a ticket is postponed ?

If the match your ticket grants access to is permanently stopped during play and rescheduled, the ticket provides access to the reschedules game.

As stated in our general terms and conditions, upon the announcement of a postponement, the buyer agrees that the RC Lens may use the contact details provided during the order to keep them informed of the next steps.

It is already specified that in the event of a match being postponed, the ticket grants access to the rescheduled game. However, suppose the match is postponed to a new date more than 7 days after the original date. In that case, the purchaser (non-subscriber) has the option not to attend the rescheduled match and request a refund of the face value of the ticket price paid, excluding handling fees and shipping costs, no later than 7 days after the first announcement on the RC Lens website of the postponement of the relevant match.

Does my child need a match ticket ?

Regardless of age, all individuals must have a ticket to enter the stadium. 

We usually offer reduced rates for under-16s, i.e., people who will be at most 15 on the event day. 

You will be asked to show proof of identity when entering the stadium. No additional fees will be charged on the day of the match to convert the ticket into a full-fare ticket.

What are the ticket office opening hours ?

The ticket office counters are open on Thursdays and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. They also open 3hours before kickoff on matchdays.

How can I find out when matches go on sale ?

A "Match alerts" section is available on the home page of the online ticketing website, enabling you to sign up quickly for alerts concerning the sale of the match(es) of your choice, whether home or away.

By simply entering an e-mail, the club will send you the information no later than the day before the on-sale date.

The match I am interested in is marked as "no available tickets" or"Sold Out". Where can I find tickets ?

If the match you're interested in is marked as 'no available tickets,' it means that an initial sale has occurred, and additional tickets may be released the week of the match.

If the match you're interested in is 'Sold Out,' you can head to our resale platform to find tickets based on availability.

I have lost an item in the stadium. How can I contact the lost and found service ?

To contact the lost and found service, please send an email to the ticket office service via le formulaire de contact.

You will receive an answer no earlier than 48hours after the match to allow the cleaning teams to perform an initial sweep of the stands.
